Take a regional wine and food tour each month with this unique, groundbreaking wine club that introduces you to Italy's take on "what grows together, goes together." Through each experience you'll explore what happens when you combine Bruno Giacosa's Nebbiolo d'Alba with a Wild Mushroom Risotto or Nero d'Avola with pasta alla norma—a divine combination of eggplants, tomatoes, basil and ricotta—considered one of the most elegant traditional Sicilian recipes. Discovery club will include primarily a selection of reds with some whites showing on occasions when seasonal conditions call for Sardegna's Vermentino and Grilled Shellfish pairing.
