We like Martini & Rossi's Rosato, which adds a fruity flavor to its herbaceous vermouth, on the rocks as shown left. We also love it in The Rosato Cocktail by Jeffrey Tascarella, general manager at Faustina in New York City.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounces Martini Rosato
- 1 1/2 ounces Hangar One Fraser River Raspberry
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- 1/4 ounce ginger liqueur
- Club soda
Instructions
Stir together first four ingredients in a shaker with ice. Strain into a large glass with ice and top with club soda.
