negroni

Ingredients

1 ounce Campari
1 ounce sweet vermouth
1 ounce gin
1 orange twist

Instructions

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine Campari, vermouth and gin. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with orange twist.

Try replacing the gin with prosecco for a Negroni Sbagliatto.

This drink is extremly strong and dry, you'll need only one.
