Ingredients
- 2½ cups whole-milk cottage cheese
- 3 tablespoons 100 percent white grape juice
- Finely ground dried red chili pepper
- 16 halved black grapes (concord, globe, or any other ripe black variety), seeded
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
In a bowl, stir together cottage cheese, grape juice and pinch chili pepper. Divide cottage cheese mixture among bowls, top each serving with black grapes, sprinkle with additional pinch chili pepper and garnish with mint leaves.
